Restart

Today, we were given the instruction in detail about what we will be doing the rest of the year. When we were told that we are coming back to our essays, I was quite worried because I am not as good at writing.

Since Mr.Paterson was giving feedback to the other classes throughout the lesson, we were checking each other's essays. He said that we should be changing the red marks in order to correct our errors and improve them at the same time. However, I had already done them right after I was given the mark. This is the reason why I tried to focus on my member's correction, rather than my own. Since we had the whole lesson, we got to have a look at both Chisaki and Ryosei. I am wondering about Momoko, for that she has been absent in many of the lessons and the fact that she hasn't even chosen the topic which means she still hasn't written the essay itself either. About Ryosei and Chisaki, we looked at the errors to see if they were grammatical mistakes or informative mistakes. This was not a difficult task for me, because I had already done them before for mine. We did not get to correct everything but were able to discuss the identified errors. 

Today's lesson reminded me well about what we used to do before all the presentation stuff came in. I was able to get some new point of view towards my own content, thus I believe it was an effective idea that we sort of refreshed ourselves with presentations (although we stressed out a bit) which the content is the same but is a different method of conveying the data. From now on too, I would like to put my full effort and WORK BEFOREHAND so that I would not have to hurry in the last minute.
